Over the two decades of my career I’ve built a diverse professional portfolio, with the majority of time in technology project delivery as a business analyst and most recently in SaaS pre-sales.
My experience spans both the private and public sectors, across banking/finance, fintech, insurance, and manufacturing, with significant time spent in and around two of Australia’s big four banks.
From 2018, I established the Business Analysis Practice at WorkSafe – Victoria’s Workers Compensation Insurer and Occupational Health & Safety Regulator – and lead the new division through a period of significant growth from a team of 5 to over 50 high performing BAs delivering WorkSafe’s digital transformation program built on Salesforce.
In 2021, I moved across to Salesforce as a Lead Solution Engineer and am responsible for a number of strategic accounts in the Enterprise Financial Services division, specifically focused on Health Insurance. I’m relied upon within the organisation for my technology and industry knowledge.
I am uniquely qualified with a deep business background coupled with strong technology knowledge and acuity. This enables me to transcend and traverse the traditional business and technology barrier, readily building trust and credibility with both groups of stakeholders.
